Cat Mead

Cat completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in the Purna Yoga style at Byron Yoga Centre in August 2015. As soon as she arrived home, the opportunity to begin teaching presented itself and the rest is history.

Cat feels that it is important for each and every person who arrives to practice in one of her classes or workshops to feel safe, supported and accepted. She loves to teach classes that allow students to slow down and notice what's going on for them within their practice. This can include some strong, dynamic poses held over time so you really feel what you're doing. Styles includes Purna, Yin and Slow Flow classes. Every now and then she'll teach a faster flow class, but that's not her passion.

Find yourself on your mat. Exactly as you are. Exactly where you are. Every single time.
